Mr Alfie has always been highly professional and equally listened to my concerns from the outset. I always had confidence that he would be able to deal with my condition and was managed in the interim prior to the operation with the reassurance that I could attend the clinic to have aspiration treatment when necessary to alleviate pain and discomfort . It was helpful to have the continuity of the same doctor throughout the treatment and Mr Alfie made sure that this was the case. He was always respectful and empathetic, keeping me informed of exactly what the likely problem was and how it would be resolved. I was also given options regarding how it could be treated and he fully explained the likely outcome of each option. After surgery he explained fully what had been done and the reasons for the actions taken .

Mr Alfie made me feel at ease and confident through a demanding procedure following a diagnosis of Breast Cancer. His skills are exemplary and his concern genuine. I am now post surgery by 12 months, However, Mr Alfie continues to support me and continues to progress my recovery. At all times he has made me feel comfortable and at ease and is genuinely pleased to see the fantastic results he helped to create. I would recommend Mr Alfie, not only for his skills as a surgeon, which are second to none, but also for his empathy and consideration.

Following breast cancer diagnosis I needed a right side mastectomy. I also had a therapeutic breast reduction on the left which Mr Alfie carried out. During initial consultations Mr Alfie explained options and procedures in detail and answered all our questions ensuring we were happy and informed. I am delighted with the results and my new smaller breast! He made me feel at ease before the surgery and after. Further reconstruction planned (DIEP) and feel very confident and reassured under Mr Alfie care and expertise!
